1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LMN's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LMN provides the following services:

• Access to Korean used car auction listings
• Vehicle inspection services
• Auction bidding services on behalf of clients
• Export documentation and logistics services

3. Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you:

• Agree to receive auction lists and service updates via email or WhatsApp
• Understand that service is scheduled to launch in January 2026
• Acknowledge that launch dates are subject to change
• Can unsubscribe from communications at any time

4. Service Fees

4.1 Fee Structure

• Vehicles under $40,000 USD (150,000 AED): $500 service fee
• Vehicles $40,000 USD and above: No service fee
• Additional Costs: Auction price, export documentation fees, shipping fees (RORO)

4.2 Deposit Policy

• 10% deposit required to participate in auction bidding
• Deposit is fully refundable if we do not win the auction
• Remaining balance due upon winning auction before export process begins

5. Inspection Services

• Inspection requests must be made at least 2 days before auction date
• Inspections include 15+ photos and video documentation
• Inspections are provided free of charge
• Inspection reports are provided "as-is" based on visual assessment

6. Auction Bidding

• We bid on your behalf at Korean used car auctions
• You specify maximum bid amount and vehicle requirements
• Winning bids are binding and require full payment
• We reserve the right to refuse bidding services at our discretion

7. Vehicle Condition and Warranties

7.1 No Warranties

Vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Vehicle condition beyond what is shown in inspection reports
• Future performance or reliability
• Compliance with regulations in your country
• Absence of undisclosed defects

7.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing inspection reports thoroughly
• Understanding auction terms and conditions
• Ensuring vehicle meets your country's import requirements
• Arranging final delivery and customs clearance

8. Payment Terms

• Payment methods: Bank transfer, wire transfer (specific methods to be confirmed)
• All fees in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are non-refundable except as specified in Section 4.2
• Late payments may result in service suspension

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Deposit refunded if auction bid is unsuccessful
• No refunds after winning auction and payment
• Service fees are non-refundable once inspection is completed
• You may cancel waitlist registration at any time

10. Shipping and Export

• Export timeline: Typically 3-6 weeks after payment
• Shipping via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) to designated port
• We handle export documentation from Korea
• You are responsible for import duties and customs in your country
• Shipping delays due to weather, port congestion, or other factors are beyond our control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LMN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid
• We are not responsible for third-party actions (auction houses, shipping companies, etc.)
• We are not liable for vehicle defects discovered after purchase

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Interfere with our website or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell our services without permission

13. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is owned by LMN or licensed to us
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@lmnauto.com to resolve disputes informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation
3. Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in courts of Incheon, South Korea

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification (for significant changes)

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with or without notice

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LMN.
